Matthew Skinner & Caroline Burkett Save The Date

Caroline and Matthew met in Asheville, North Carolina in 2006. They were introduced through a mutual friend at The Well a worship service for young adults and ministry of Biltmore Baptist Church.

Matthew had recently moved to Asheville from Florida. Caroline, an Asheville native, has recently returned to her home church after several months in Costa Rica working with a church plant.

Matthew and Caroline dated for nearly two years.

Matthew proposed to Caroline on August 29th 2008 at the Grove Park Inn in front of a beautiful outdoor waterfall. The Grove Park was the same place Matthew and Caroline started dating almost 2 years earlier.

Caroline will be starting her senior year at the University of North Carolina Asheville. She will graduate with a degree in Psychology and Spanish. She spends most of her time working with children and volunteering in the community.

In 2008 Matthew started his own web design company called Asheville Designs. Over the past year Asheville Designs has grown to serve a variety of businesses and organizations in the Asheville area and beyond. Matthew also works full time as a web developer with Data Bridge of Asheville.

This is by no means the end of the story. Over the past years Matthew and Caroline have seen there love, respect, and joy grow in extraordinary ways. On August 1st they will make a commitment to a life shared together. This begins a new chapter for Matthew and Caroline and they would be honored if you would share this special day with them.
